![]() It is important that all members of a Senior Management Team understand their roles in the event of an incident. In general, the support roles will include giving technical advice to responders at the scene, liaising with external emergency services and statutory bodies, dealing with industrial and residential neighbours, liaising with employees and employee’s families and dealing with the media. Cantwell Keogh & Associates has extensive experience in preparing management responses and in training management groups on the above functions. The training will always relate to a realistic on-site scenario and the format used will either be a reactive format where the management are responding to issues arising on a real time basis or alternatively a considered format where the response options are discussed by syndicates. Media training is always incorporated into these training modules. Cantwell Keogh & Associates has provided the above services to Industry and Government Agencies since 1991 and has developed comprehensive experience in this area. |
